Chakra AI Ltd is the controller of personal data collected through this website.
What we collect: your name, email, topic and message when you use the contact form; your email (and chosen interest) when you join the newsletter or Pro waitlist.
Why and on what basis: to respond to enquiries (legitimate interests); to send the newsletter and waitlist updates (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
Where and how long: data is stored with our hosting provider. Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months; newsletter and waitlist data until you unsubscribe. We do not sell personal data.
Third parties: when you visit, your browser connects to Google Fonts and Fontshare (fonts) and CoinGecko (market data and coin images), which receive your IP address. If you accept analytics, your browser also connects to Google Analytics to help us understand visits and page use. Google may receive device identifiers and your IP address. You can withdraw your choice below.
Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing or withdraw consent via the contact form or by post to our registered office. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

You can reject it without losing access to the site, or change your choice at any time. The site also uses your browser's storage to cache market prices for a few minutes and, if you use them, to remember your watchlist, learning progress and quiz result on your device. You can clear this data in your browser settings.
